I'd never heard anyone mentioned this, so I was shocked when I saw it, but it was amazing!
We were looking at the heart, I could see it beating, I could see 4 chambers & asked to make sure I was seeing things right. Then, the tech flipped a switch or something and half the heart was colored blue & half of it was red--- like in textbooks with blood pumping in & out of the heart! I was in awe & then asked what it was and she explained-- just what I thought it was. So little blue & red chambers would expand and contract as the blood pumped through.
Is this normal to see in your a/s? It was by far the coolest thing I'd seen, and I was tickled to death to see it! Just figured with something that cool, either I misunderstood the tech, or it doesn't happen often (since I hadn't heard of it).
