Newborn/New Family Photos

Has anyone given any thought to where they will do these pictures?  I don't plan on doing maternity pictures but want to do some pictures with our newborn and a good bit of pictures of DH and I with our LO.  We're in the Charlotte, NC area so it very well could still be very cool even in February or so. 

Any ideas?
