Pre/Post Appointment or Ultrasound Traditions/Routines?

Anyone have a little routine or tradition they like to do before they go to an appointment or ultrasound? Or after one?

So far after every one, DH and I have "celebrated" things going well by treating ourselves to Starbucks. It isn't anything big, but it has become a cute tradition for us to do. We only have one Starbucks in our town, and it's out of the way to get it every day (like I wish I could!) so it's a treat.
