Shower Timing Question

Okay, I need some opinions please! Im due Dec 31st. Normally you have a shower about 5-6 weeks before due date... so that would put me at either the weekend before thanksgiving or the weekend after thanksgiving.. risking alot of people being out of town for both. Should I do my shower super early on Nov 6th or wait until Dec 4th?? My mom and I dont know what to do lol. Lets hear what you think!
