Crazy horrible breast pain!

I'm wondering if anyone here has experienced this...

Yesterday I woke up with my left breast feeling pretty sore.  I figured I'd just crushed it while sleeping and the pain would go away....not so much.

It has been continually really painful, to the point where to even touch it lightly hurts A LOT, and it's also kind of swollen and red (just in the part where the pain is, not the whole thing).

Is it possible to have a clogged duct this early in pregnancy?  I can't find any info about breast pain in the 2nd tri; all the articles are about early pregnancy tenderness.
