Is this a tension headache?

For the last few hours i have had a tightening feeling in my head. The pressure will build up then release then in a couple minutes it will happen again. When i googled it it sounds like a tension headache but i have no pain with them. When they happen i get a little dizzy too. i am more worried that its something caused by high blood pressure or something along those lines. anyone ever experience this?? thanks ladies!
