when you get a new boss, immediately enter his cell # into your phone/outlook, then way when he does call you don't give him the line "who is this?" treatment like i just did mine.

in my defense, he. never. ever. calls., and the line was all static-y. i thought he said 'it's Rick' (bosses's name is Fred) and i couldn't for the life of me for a minute figure out who the hell this 'Rick' was calling me!
