I have an old friend who isn't great with relationships with the opposite sex.  She is just dying to get a BF, get married, have kids, etc.  But every time a guy hits on her, she takes it offensively.  Guy sends her a FB message wanting to hang out?  She posts negatively about it on FB.  A guy hits on her at the store?  Negative post on FB.  Things to the effect of "I can't believe he hit on me at the store!"

I'm sorry but... stop being so picky on where/how you meet someone!  If he's not the right guy, no big deal, but there is no 'perfect' way to meet a guy, and I'm pretty sure if one did come riding up on a white horse, it would also freak her out.  I get that the FB message is lame, but still- no perfect way to meet someone.
