My X's lawyer asked for more time and it was granted. I am so ready for this to be done. His lawyer is going to tell X to reconsider our child support offer and get back to us.

Yeah buddy you do that! Go wait for your collect call from the FEDERAL PRISON and try to get thing ironed out in the 15mins they allow for phone calls... I will help you out, here is what you should say:

 "Hello Mr X, since you are in prison for horrible crimes and continue to act like a jackass, I think you should accept your (soon to be ex) wife's offer. Dragging this out just makes you look like even more of horrible human being." Oh well, looks like there are more legal fees and waiting in my future.
