What do you consider must-haves

Obviously things such as crib and a stroller LOL But what else do you feel like you absolutely need?

I'm putting together a list and feel like I'm missing something

Currently we are looking at a pack n play and a bouncy chair. I still want to get a boppy and smaller items like a wipe warmer (I know some of you don't find it necessary and I didn't think I'd want one either until I saw my nephew go from screaming to a happy baby lol)

but how do you feel about diaper stackers, warmers, separete changing tables etc... Just curious to see what is on your list.
