Clogged Ear?

My right ear has been stuffed up all day, and I don't think it's from wax because I constantly clean my ears. I'm reading that this is a pregnancy symptom due to all the fluid in our bodies -- has anyone else dealt with this? I just hear myself breathing and it's driving me nuts.

Actually, I just read online that I should hang my head upside down and that seems to have relieved some of the pressure, but it still doesn't feel quite cleared. I'm also reading that this could be something I have to deal with until delivery?!
