I'm 23 weeks today and I've gained 9 lbs so far. How many calories should I be eatting now? Prior to being pregnant I was 5'1" and 116. Now I'm only 125. I workout 4x a week for 45 minutes. Can anyone point me to a website/tools so I can figure out what the healthy amount of calories I should be eatting for me and my little man?
