Baby monitor advice

Has any one picked out a  baby monitor  yet or already have one? Any suggestions or something that you have found that is interesting?

 I didnt need one with my girls. But our new house is 4 stories and I am definitely going to need one.

I saw one that I really liked on Amazon made by Angelcare. It had motion sensors and everything. But I am wondering if some of the features are useless or a good to have or a MUST have? Here is the one I found:
