Scheduled a prenantal massage!

I've had a gift certificate for a massage since my birthday last Oct. I forgot about it until I found it at the bottom of my purse!

I called them up and changed it to a prenatal massage (only $5 more) and I'm so excited! I'm going in on Saturday. I'm hoping it will relieve my back pain and I will be able to sleep!

I've never had a massage before. Any advice on what to expect?
