Starting a nursery...???

So, since we're all due in January, I thought I'd ask... When are you all going to start your baby or babies' nursery?? I am not sure when is the appropriate time to get started on it. We have to transform our computer room/husband hangout into our baby's room. This requires tearing down wallpaper, repainting, and moving ALOT of junk out of there!!  When are you getting started? Or have you??
