Feeling of stiches on sides

I have that feeling on either side of my navel that i would get if i ran to quickly with out warming up, what I've heard called stiches. I feel the baby below the navel still so i'm thinking its everything stretching and getting ready - i sure would love it if the baby would get off my bladder so i can have a chance at full nights sleep. Its been happening all day even when just sitting at my desk so its certainly not the regular stitches feeling.
