Graco Travel System for $100 - WWYD?

My husband gets a discount on a few different car seats through his employer.  One of the options is the Graco Travel System for $100.  I've read mixed reviews, so I was wondering what your opinions were on this offer and if this is something you would get.

 

The other options are:

Graco ComfortSport for $30

Safety 1st Designer for $20

Cosco Scenera convertible for free

 

Of the 4 options, which do you think is best? TIA!
