Target Registry-need help

August 2011 in January 2012 Moms

I know someone posted yesterday about how target updated their site and had lost some stuff on their registry. I can search for our registry, and it seems that everything is on there, but when I go in and want to add things to our registry, it takes me to the page where I fill in all of the information regarding our registry, like creating a new one. Does anyone know how to help me with this? **kinda sadly frustrated** Thanks!
