Dizzy?

Anyone else experiencing issues w/ dizziness?  I woke up in the middle of the night and everything was spinning - even w/ my eyes closed.   It's slightly better this morning, but I'm definitely still dizzy. 

I never had issues w/ this during my first pregnancy, so I'm not sure what tricks to try.  I will put a call in to my OB, but in the meantime, I thought I'd see if anyone over here had any tips to offer.  I've got a 13 month old to chase after, and dizziness is not conducive to keeping up w/ him, that's for sure!
