"Still pregnant?" Grrrrrrr

Okay, my BIL has been staying with us for a month and has two more weeks left at our house before he can go back to his place.  Periodically he thinks it's really funny to greet me by asking, "Hey!  Still pregnant?"  Or, "Still having that baby?"  Today DH's mom called and did the same thing:  "Hey, still got that baby in you?"

Umm...am I the only one that thinks that's an incredibly insensitive and unfunny joke?  I'd like some sort of witty reply for the next time that comes up (because it will come up) that lets them both know that that's not appropriate and I just don't feel like a terribly witty person, especially when caught off guard like that.  Ideas?
