stretching and pulling
so i am having a lot of stretching and pulling feeling in my abdomen... very strange feeling. then when i sneeze i feel like my insides are not fully supported, like they are going to pop out... i dont know if anyone can relate... very strange.... hope it means things are going the way they are suppose to :-)
