Ouch, ouch, ouch!

I'm sitting on the couch relaxing (and have been for about an hour) and I keep getting this sharp stabbing pain on my left side/back from about where my breasts are (but on the side) down to my hip. It's def. not baby kicking and I don't *think* it's RLP, but I couldn't be 100% sure. There's no pain anywhere near my groin, uterus, or vagina. Drs. are at lunch so I figured one of you ladies might be able to help decode this pain in the meantime? TIA!
