Do you pick the FN or MN first? UPDATED: Clicky Poll

Just curious.. I was talking to a friend who is due in 9 weeks and they said they have a MN for sure but are still between 2 FNs.

I can understand people wanting to use a family name as a MN... but IMO it would be SO hard and backwards to do that! We always pick the FN first!
