Stabbing pain when breathing

Ok...what the hell is this now?  I have been feeling amazing until this week.  Last night while trying to sleep I have a stabbing pain behind my right breast when I take a breath.   I have to take shallow tiny breaths...any deep breath is super painful.  I was hoping it was weird heartburn or something, but woke up and its still here.

Ugh...absolutely cannot call into work today.  I know I should be consulting a doctor and not the internet, but does anyone know what this may be?  I will call the doctor later and try to stick it out until this afternoon, as we are so short staffed at work this morning.
