So over the last few days I've developed this nagging pain in my lower back... the lower most curve, like from below my ribs down to my tailbone. I thought it was b/c we had gone out of town to the in-laws over the weekend and I wasn't used to the bed, but it has stayed kind of consistent.
I feel like if I could just "straighten" that curve it would feel so much better... does that make sense? I've tried doing arched-back cat stretches, but that still doesn't really target that lower most curve.
Any suggestions? Anybody else feeling something similar?
