Could this be a sign of GD??

Sweet smelling urine?  I have noticed for the past few days my urine has smelt very sweet, especially in the morning.  I've heard that it can be a sign of regular diabetes but nothing about gestational.  My next Dr. appointment isn't until Sept 20th.  Should I be concerned or schedule an earlier appointment??
