that's my new name! 'ma-ma' was nice while it lasted.

M has been upgrated to two days a week for ST. i got the letter in the mail yesterday. he's doing great but i think this will be more helpful then one day a week. the one 20 min session seems like a novelty and not really learning time. he get's wound up/excited when she arrives, then frustrated that he can't play his way and then he's ready to 'learn' and time is up. all typical for his age but what can he learn in 10 min? 

he's been suprising me with new words and i honestly sometimes don't realizing thast he is telling me things. the one night he rattled the gate between the living room and kitchend and was saying 'nack' and i took me like 5 min to figure out that he was telling me (and at the appropriate time of 8 o'clock too) that it was snack time! i really need to listen more now that he is talking.

 

how are the other EI kiddos doing?
