sometimes I wish facebook didn't exist

My DH really wants to write about our PG on facebook and I keep telling him to wait.  I've been using the excuse, "let's wait until we find out the sex", but even after that I don't feel a need to share to the facebook community.  Then my friend went public at 12 weeks and now he's really wanting to post pics. I plan to post a pic after our appt in two weeks, because I refuse to be the selfish wife who won't let her DH share his excitement. Have any of you already gone public on facebook or even plan too?  

Should I be worried that my excitement isn't bursting out of me?  I feel more anxious than excited.
