Breastfeeding - what to do now?

Anyone suggest books, class, or just winging it for First Time moms?

I feel like the classes might be a bit of a sales pitch on why its so great - which I totally get but don't need to be further educated on.

When LO is here i feel like I probably wont have the time or energy to read but not sure if that's really even necessary i'm a big hands on learner....but I want to set myself up for success.
