In-room sleeping suggestions

DH and I never slept with DD in our room, but we are in a different house with this LO.  DD's room and the nursery are right next to each other, and we are concerned that DS will wake DD or vice versa.  SO....we talked about having DS sleep in our room (but not in our bed) for the first few months.

Suggestions on the best ways to do this?  We have a pack-n-play with a bassinet, but it's pretty bulky for our room.
