Why I should be absolutely STARVING all the time. Seriously? I know I'm nursing Naomi still and I need to take in more calories for the two of us but this is kind-of a within the past week or 2 thing. I haven't changed my diet really in the past few months (went dairy free for Naomi back in March) but I am literally stomach eating itself starving almost all the time. I wake up starving, I eat breakfast and I'm starving 30 minutes later, I can barely make it till lunch without feeling sick because I need to eat, I get home 4 hours after lunch and immediately have to snack on something until dinner is ready, I'm starving an hour after dinner, and so on and so on and so on.
I've held steady on my weight for the past several weeks so I've had no sudden loss or gain of weight and no real change in my routine. Ideas?
