What blood work is done around 17 weeks?

I have an OB appt. tomorrow and my husband has gotten a new job since my last appt which means new insurance. Unfortunately, I will have a 1 month lapse (Aug 1st to Sep 1st). I was wondering what they are testing for with this go round of blood tests because I am going to have to decline all lab work until I get my insurance in September. I just can't afford a $1000 bill for lab work.
