Is this even related?

I have been having knee.. soreness I guess for a week or more now and it really only bothers me if I am laying on my back with my leg totally straight and then sometimes when I pick up my foot to get dressed... just the one knee.  And then last night I woke up with a SHARP pain in that knee I'm not sure if this could be in any way related to pregnancy, but I didn't do anything out of the ordinary that would have caused any type of injury.

 Is anyone else having joint issues? Or is this something else entirely? TIA
