Will that really hold up in court?

Ex says he has a lot of evidence as to why DS is not safe with me. He is going to try to get full custody. I really don't believe he has that much info but I'm still slightly worried. He claims he has a lot of screen shots of my facebook. Will something like that really count for anything in court? And now I'm afraid he is reading my posts on TB. I'm thinking of making a new profile. Someone tell me I'm being stupid. I know I do nothing wrong with DS, but X says he is afraid for DS's safety when he is with me.

(Yes, I have deleated him off my facebook and it is all private)
