baby feels low an makes me ache

I remember with ds he was low in the beginning, but I thought by mid pregnancy he had moved up then at the end back down. This Lo has been laying low, like right on my pelvic bone it feels like, for two days. It's making me very achy and makes me worry it could lead to limited activity if the baby doesn't move up soon. Is anyone else experiencing this?
