I just blacked out!

not something i ever hope to experience again! i was standing in the shower, got sick to my stomach, got really dizzy, abd then blacked out. thank goodness my husband was there to catch me! my dr office said i'm at about "that stage" where hormone fluctuation can cause fainting. they also said to make sure to drink plenty of fluids and eat something every two hours. i'm still shaky! scary!
