Going to the ER...

Ugh I am so scared...I am just hoping I am way over reacting.

When I went to the bathroom (TMI) I noticed what looked like a giant wad of snot (sorry). I had sex the day before so it could be that but it looks different...more like the mucous plug. Well out of curiosity I checked my cervix to see what it was doing...and to my shock and surprise, my cervix felt very open. I could stick my entire finger in it.

I am so scared of incompetent cervix and losing this baby...it would kill me.

Please pray for this baby and that I am just stupid and what I think is open is not really open. Maybe I just do not know how to feel my cervix.

I just hope if it is something they can do something to save this pregnancy at the ER. Like a cerclage or something.

Right now I am impatiently waiting for my DH to get home as he has my car and I cannot drive his (it is a stick plus he took the keys).
