I know nothing about sleep training, but I have to do something because we are getting no sleep at my house! Ian slept through the night once and that was a couple months ago and he hasn't done it since. He is up 2-3 times a night and sometimes 4 (like last night!). He also will not let us put him in his crib without him being completely asleep first which involves drinking a bottle until he falls asleep in our arms. I know that's not a good thing.
What type of sleep training did you try?
Did it work?
How long did it take before you noticed a difference?
Do you recommend it?
Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
