Babies: 9 - 12 Months

Tell me about the 30 Day Shred

I've been debating purchasing it for about a month. I don't have a private place to do it and I hate exercising in front of the house (I live with my ILs). I also pay for a Y membership and feel like I should just go run on the elliptical-- but I get bored. 

Does the "shred" assume you'll be changing your eating habits? 

There are incremental workouts, right? Do you do the easy one for a week, then go up a level, or what?

Tell me whatever you think is important.

Anything you like better? 

EDIT: I have about 50lbs to lose.
