Chemicals, etc, in Carseats?

Did anyone see this the other day? I wish I could link but I doubt I would be successful. There was an article about the worst carseats for chemicals and other compounds in carseats - like chromium, bromium, lead, etc. I could not find my exact carseat on there but a similar carseat - Britax Blueprint - was in the medium range.

Is this something else I need to be worried about? I never even thought about this before.
