first family photo-need help

We haven't had any professional family pictures done, but we will tomorrow!! We have tons of non professionals, don't worry. We were waiting till she could stand/walk/sit up that way they will be more fun. Should we wear matching outfits or just cordinating colors?I was thinking maybe us in out nice dressy black shirts and jeans with alexa in a cute bright dress, that way she is more of the center of attention? Am I over thinking it? I'm just excited and want the best pictures ever!
