Mom and Baby activities in Winston-Salem area?

I've been living in the area for less than a year and have a 3 month old. Is there anything around here like Gymboree or other mommy/baby activities to join? I looked on meetup.com and there are 2 groups but they don't look very active or like they have a lot of participation, but I may be wrong. I'm just looking for stuff to get us out of the house, its hard to do walks because it's so hot plus that gets boring! So what do you mommies of infants in the Winston Salem area do??
