How to deal with in laws and grandparents.....

I am 19 and i am married my husband is 21 and we have a son and expecting our second. His parents are very judgemental and dont think we can raise our son when we have raised him since he was born ever dr appt made he has been to everything the dr has said to do we have done we have listened to them tell us how they raised my husband and how we arent doing what they did and we have told them somethings are diffrent. But they dont understand that what to do cause they want to get him ever 1st and 3rd weekend of the month and when we do let them take him he comes back off his schedule. should i still let them take him?????
