Most irritating thing about pregnancy??

I'm feeling negative today and in a bad mood so... What's the most irritating thing about pregnancy? For me, I hate that I can't do certain things by myself. I'm dying to move furniture around and get the baby's room started. Normally, I can haul stuff up and down stairs like a champ but everything is heavy and I can't do it alone while I'm pregnant. What irritates you about pregnancy?
