I want to start off by saying I'm NOT planning on doing this, because I think it's wrong. BUT, what would happen if, say, part of the way into your maternity leave, you simply decide you cannot return to work and must be home with your baby? I do not foresee this for myself, but I was just wondering what your company could do. Would they make you pay back whatever you'd received, or does it vary by state/company?
