XP: High blood pressure before 20 weeks

Hello ladies!

Just a bit of background. I developed pre-e with my son and was on bed rest for about a month before I delivered him at exactly 37 weeks.

I don't have high blood pressure otherwise except during pregnancy.  Last week my blood pressure got pretty high so she sent me orders to take my blood pressure daily for the next week. It continued to stay high.

 I asked my doctor yesterday if she thinks I will get pre-e again and she said yes with most certainty.

I'm now put on medication and have another appointment in a week. I'm starting to freak out since this is MUCH early than I had with DS.

What should I expect, bed rest soon? Anyone else in the same boat?

Any tips would be appreciated.
