I just got yelled at for eating peanut butter

Ok, not yelled at, firmly advised against it.  A friend of mine has a son with super severe peanut allergies.  She is convinced that he developed them because she ate peanut butter while pregnant with him.  We don't give DD peanut butter yet (were advised by pediatrician to wait until age 2), but she's been around it enough, and kissed me after I've eaten it, that I think we're in the clear, and I ate peanut butter all through her pregnancy too!  

What "advice" have you been offered, solicited or not?
