back pain... sadness should i wait

so this last week i have been getting back pain but its only getting worse it hurts when i sit and it really hurts when i stand. when i stand up i feel like 20-30 lbs have been added on top of me i am a plus size but im only 16 weeks. i have a type of shocking sensation all up and down my back i almost fell at work today cuz it hurt so bad. to top that off i have been super sad a lot more lately almost depressed well ya just about depressed and the only one who can pull me out of it most the time is at work most the day my appointment  is friday but i dont know if i should wait cuz i just dont feel any better.
