Embarrassing and scary...

I was in line at the store tonight buying groceries with my two DDs, when I started to feel nauseated and lightheaded.  The next thing I know, I'm waking up on the ground surrounded by a bunch of people.  I totally blacked-out and fell backwards on the floor, hitting my shoulder and head.  I had my peri appointment earlier today and everything looked great with the babies.  Even the results of my early glucose test were fine.  The only thing I can think that may have caused it is the blood thinner injections that I had to start taking this week.  It was embarrassing at the store...I even had to fill out an "incident report".  But by the time my DH arrived to pick me up (I was NOT driving home) I was shaking and crying because I was scared for the babies.    Luckily, I've been feeling them move since I got home, so I'm just going to call the doctor in the morning.  *sigh*  What a night...
