so we all know were to eat healthy but we all know we get those not so healthy cravings. when i try and eat a piece of fruit and i dont really want it i feel sick and 80% of the time i throw it up. some days i feel like i just didnt do any good food wise and others i cant get enough... should i feel as bad as i do? because i feel really bad should i be feeling depressed about this? that i feel like im not providing enough nutritious food for me and my baby.
